Refund and return policy

Return request window

Request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Starting a request

Contact support with the order reference, product, selected option, and reason for the request. Email support@everythingoutfit.com.

Return authorization

Wait for written return instructions before shipping an item. The delivery address shown on a parcel is not necessarily the authorized return address.

Item condition

Keep the item, tags, packaging, and supplied accessories while a request is reviewed. Eligibility, return postage, exchanges, and any deductions must be confirmed in the final policy before checkout opens.

Damaged or incorrect items

Keep all packaging and provide clear photographs of the item, label, packaging, and any damage. Include the order reference so the issue can be reviewed.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued through the original payment provider. Bank or card processing time can vary. Submitting a return request does not itself confirm approval.
